Tara Palacios is the Director of BizLaunch, Arlington’s Small Business and Entrepreneurial Assistance Network. She started the program in 2002 to help entrepreneurs grow and expand businesses in Arlington - and since its inception, the program has worked with over 50,000 business owners through sponsored workshops, seminars, and one-on-one counseling.
